How can I list grapes on the spot market?

Your company can list their grapes on the Spot Market in 3 easy steps:



Step 1 Register Your Company on VineAccess ( Its FREE )
The first step is to register your company with VineAccess at the Independent Grower Contract Returns subscription level. There is simple, easy to follow registration wizard that will guide you through this process. It takes about 5 minutes to register.

Step 2 List your block and fruit details
Once you have registered your company the setup wizard will guide you through entering your vineyards and blocks (you may call them sections or patches) and block forecasts. This takes about 3 minutes per block.

Once this is complete you can log on and view a list of all your fruit on VineAccess.

Step 3 Check your listing.
Login and check that your fruit is displayed on the spot market and your done! This takes about 1 minute.

What does it cost?

Listing your grapes on the VineAccess Spot market is a free service.

If a buyer is interested in your grapes and selects them for a field assessment booking, you will be notified by email from VineAccess.

To accept field assessment bookings from interested buyers and sell grapes, registration can be upgraded to “Independent Grower Viticulture Management” for $299 plus GST ($328.90 incl. GST). This level of registration is an annual subscription which includes a comprehensive vineyard management system with spray diaries, forecasting, budgeting, and activity planning and scheduling tools. It will also enable you to share information between wineries with which you have contracts and spot grape sales. In return, wineries will be able to provide you with test results and request forecast and harvest date updates.

Spot grape sales attract a commission. This is the greater of either $15/tonne or 2% of the sale price.
